Site Maintenance Underway: New Success Communities Are Coming Soon

The current Accela Success Community is undergoing maintenance from Friday, September 14 at 5:00 PM PST through Monday September 17. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will be launching two new dedicated community portals on September 17, 2018 – one for Accela customers and one for Springbrook customers!

The new sites will feature a fresh look and easy navigation and will continue to serve as the place for you to make new connections, share ideas, explore product resources and get answers fast.

Important Notes

On September 17th you’ll be prompted to reset your password to log in to the new Community. We are not moving over any closed case data from prior to July 1, 2016. Going forward, you will be able to access case archives upon request.
